AWARDS, HONORS AND PRESENTATIONS

When Peletex’s AFA filter received “Proof of Concept” from Sandia National Laboratories in 2006, we were encouraged to show our innovative  technology to the world. We entered several contest, attended numerous industry conferences and worked with like minded organizations to promote our AFA filter to the marketplace.

We were quite pleased with the response, here are some examples:

Mark LeClair, founder of NanoSpire and a Peletex consultant, presented a WHITE PAPER detailing the research behind the AFA filter technology at the 2007 Air Quality VI Conference in Arlington, Virginia, Sept 26-27.

Mr. LeClair also represented Peletex at the Edgewood Chemical and Biological Center, a research facility focusing on collective protection systems for government applications.

Peletex, Inc. was honored by the Wall Street Journal Dow Jones Technology Innovation Awards in the Environmental Category, second runner up.

The History Channel, together with the National Inventor's Hall of Fame Foundation, named the Peletex AFA filter as one of the top 25 inventions of 2007 in the 2nd Annual Modern Marvels Invent Now Challenge.

The Technology Ventures Corporation –A non-profit established in 1993 by Lockheed Martin, Corp. TVC has selected Peletex as a client for commercialization.

Peletex representatives travelled to New Mexico in 2006 to attend Symposiums showcasing innovative technology poised to enter the marketplace.
